About PAIGE MACINTIRE

Born and raised in Telluride, I know this region extremely well. After graduating with a degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, I began my career in corporate accounting. Looking for more inspiration, I spent several years as the manager of The Colorado Fund, reviewing various business plans from Colorado businesses seeking venture funds at a private firm in Boulder. In 2011, I returned to Telluride (because, how could I not!?) and formed a property management business, Trails Edge Rentals, providing exceptional service to homeowners as a short-term rental manager. My communication skills and need for all things to be perfectly organized were key assets to growing a successful platform that sold to a larger property management firm at the perfect time. I was ready for more action and stepped up to take over the operations of the family business, LuxWest Interiors. I have been working closely with my naturally talented mother ever since, learning and absorbing her unique skill set to work with homeowners to design and perfect their dream homes here in the mountains. After more than 10 years in the design industry, I have developed a keen eye for colors and trends. I know how to make a house a home, and I know how to design a home that will sell!

All of my experience working with homeowners gave me the drive to have my own home, and after a lot of searching, I was able to purchase my first home in 2016. This sparked an obsession in the local Real Estate market, which naturally pushed me to achieve my license and jump right in! As a REALTOR, my goal is to provide exceptional service and communication to my clients. My extreme attention to detail and experience with due diligence & analysis means there won’t be a stone left unturned.
