Laura’s deep knowledge of the local market in Telluride was immediately evident and very helpful in educating me during my search. Having lived in Telluride for over 20 years, she knows the real and important elements to share and discuss. Never did I get a sales pitch. Instead, I received an education and guidance that was invaluably helpful.

Laura’s attention to detail is exemplary. When a place we wanted came on the market after talking about it with her three years prior, she remembered and called us within 10 minutes of it posting. We were in the home a half hour later looking at it. She kept us informed every step of the way from our first offer to the closing. She was readily available whenever we had a question or we needed our hands held through this very stressful process. Not only did she help us purchase our dream, she helped us sell our old home quickly and efficiently.
