We are excited to announce our new venture! Ellison MacIntire Partners. We are Bruce MacIntire and Laura Ellison.
We met in Telluride many years ago while working together in real estate development and our paths have crossed at various times over the years in related businesses. Most recently, we found ourselves both working as real estate Brokers in the same national group. But, we wanted more control and freedom to tailor both our work experiences and our client experiences to the unique nature of the community in which we live.
Throughout our time in this small box canyon, we have seen how what works in cities and larger urban areas, or even in other rural communities, does not exactly fit Telluride. Our needs and the needs of the people we work with are often just a bit different. We are excited to be starting our own firm so that we can make the decisions that work best within that community.
What brought us to this area? That story is not new or unique. As with almost everyone who stays for any amount of time, we were struck by the natural beauty of the area. We stayed for the sense of adventure mixed with the strong sense of community and the neighbors and friends we met and made. The day we walk out the front door of our homes and are not awed by the ever-changing daily view is the day we will leave. Until then give us a call.
